SIZZLING PRAWNSINGREDIENTS:16 large raw prawns (or shrimp), in the shell3 garlic cloves, finely chopped4 tbsp olive oildried crushed red chillies (to taste)pinch of saffron1. heat olive oil in large frying pan and stir fry the garlic and chillies for 1 minute until garlic begins to turn brown. add saffron2. add the whole prawns and stir fry for 3-4 minutes, until well coated with the flavoured oil.3. removed the pan from the heat and divide prawns among 4 dishes. spoon over the flavoured oil and serve immediately.or serve in hot plate to keep the prawns sizzling hot. remember to provide dinner napkins and an extra plate for the shells.Enjoy!
